brett, There should be a preasure release valve on your coupler. It will look like a brass pin with a wire ring on it. With your coupler on your keg turn off the gas from your regulator and pul the pin on the coupler and leave it open until the gas sound stops. Then make sure it is fully seated again before turning on your CO2 again and adjusting to your preasure.
