If everything else is right and your still getting foam with the correct pour method I would recomend doing two things. First off, clean your lines, coupler and faucet with BLC, you should have done this prior to instalation as there can be contaminants from the manufacturing process and shipping. Second, release the presure from your keg before adjusting your regulator back to 14 PSI. In your quest to get it right you may have over presurized it.
