I don't think more insulation will do it. I have added the HVAC insulation to the tower and cap, but the only time the faucet gets cold is after a long pour. it needs cold air directed up to it. Now, if you sacrifice the first glass and just keep hammering them out after that, No Problem... pours great. The faucet gets all chilly and condensation forms on it. mmmmmmmmmmm! (drool... too bad I am at work, I could go for a tall frosty one about now....)
