If I may interject I believe Paleale is looking for a rough figure (the closer the better) to include in his business plan. The number he is looking for would probably include parts and installation expenses for a 25 tap glycol chilled system. I too have struggled through many business plans so I can relate to the difficulty encountered when working through the financials. It really helps to have an accurate picture of what everything is going to cost to determine the capital needed. I may be wrong but that was my take on his post.
