We are in Maryland, USA. I have been working the brewing industry, 2 of the places I have worked have been Brew Pubs so I have a little working knowledge. I hope to take the draught class.
I would like to get a ball park idea of what a draft set-up would cost, parts & labor.
Also we want to have the kegs in a BIG walk-in cooler. Any leads on that would be great.
Recomendations on a Glycol system?
