I have several different jockey boxes that I have built over the years from scratch for different parties. They range from 1 faucet to 5 faucets in varying size coolers. They all use 50' 5/16" coils per faucet. I have used them at parties for 1 keg, up to 100 kegs at a college bash. As far as portability goes you can't beat them. You may or may not have access to electricity but you can't pack your kegerator in the car for every party or vacation. Foam was an issue, but over the last few years not 1 problem. If you are keeping the kegs on ice I think 120' coils are overkill. If you use 50' coils you can lower your pressure and solve some of the foam issues. Fill the coil with beer first, then add water and ice. Icing the cooler first can cause foam. Also use pipe insulation on the jumper line to keep it cool. There are also other things that will cut out the foam completely if there is still a problem.
"If you tap it, they will come."
