Letter is not fake. Coors Brewing Company would have had them shut down years ago if this was the case.

The reason the flakes appeared may very well be due to the sound waves that transfer through the beer stream are loosening the beerstone. Thus, when you clean the lines, what was there for a long time is finally being removed. After numerous cleanings, this may very well go away.

My question is why was there any beerstone in the first place. The BLM does not cause beerstone. Glycol systems that are circulating too cold cause beerstone.

This device was designed to assist the cleaning process, not replace it. The main reason that this device is criticized is due to the lack of execution preparing the system for the device and then cleaning the system each cycle.
