dam sps, u have my mouth watering on the SA summer ale, not available in MD yet. my ? to you is are u a devout beer drinker or one to let the keg sit around for months at a time. 38f is the target temp to start at, 12-14 psi is the usual psi to go with, but if you have surfed the forums here, u will see a lot of foaming issues in the past 6 months. I run michelob amber bock @ 9psi for a 1/6 keg (sixtel) and not one foaming issue here.
