I just tapped my first keg of Guinness tonight! I have a double tap system in a Marvel kegerator. I felt the beer tasted "overgassed" @ 40 psi, so I lowered it down to 32 and feel it is right. The amount of gas / psi alwyas effects taste. Too little will taste flat and too much will also effet the taste. I also went on to the Guinness website and they say to dispense @ 42.8 degrees. I also was at 38 but now I will change the temp!
