Nothing obvious about an air cooled system for your application. Actually, this system is frowned upon due to the enormous amount of waste associated with them. Not to mention the load you will put on the freezer which is probably designed to maintain a certain cubic foot area.

Yes you can split one keg to go to two faucets using a beer "Y". But to maintain temperature from your freezer to the faucets, even a couple of feet, utilize a gylcol system.
