Call the brewer for the Kokanee and ask what volumes of CO2 it has. There are charts available and helpful if you know the carbonation level. For example: if you have a 2.5 vol. beer at 38 degrees F, at 5800', you would apply 16 PSIG.

Based on the chart pressure read out, you always add two pounds for push and then compensate one pound for each two thousand foot change in elevation from sea level.
