An old trick utilized on party ball box was to cut a inch hole in the upper corner and place a short shank with the black flanges on the inside and outside for stability. Attached faucet and pushed with CO2 with approprite amount of 3/16" coiled on top of ball.

You may be able to attempt the same technique using the handle hole in the keg. Place the shank with two flanges (select replacement parts on link)in handle and tighten nut to secure. Install beer line, coupler and faucet; open door and serve.
