I think that maybe I was just playing with the temp control knob too much. I stopped opening the door as much and now the beer temp (2nd) draw is 35F. If I had the barrel in my hot trunk for a 15 min ride from distributer maybe the temperature really warmed up in it, making my unit run harder to chill it down again. When I do crack the door real fast to read the air thermometer in the bottom corner it is now reading a constant 32F. I just don't want to freeze the barrel again.
