I believe that at 38F and sea level yuengling should be maintained at 14 psi. I had a keg of it recently and it was great, no foaming problems at 38F and 14psi. I know that for every 2F change, you raise or lower pressure by 1 psi accordingly. i.e. if your keg is at 40F, use 15psi. If at 36F, use 13psi. I know there is a rule for elevation but cannot remember it right off. Don't want to give you bad gouge. Maybe someone else can throw in the elevation rule for ya.
