A fresh Yuengling draught would be difficult to enjoy at 30-32F since the cold temperature tends to mask the flavor of any beer. But, different strokes for different folks. Since Yuengling is a 2.6 v/v beer, 11 PSIG to the keg with four feet of 3/16" @ 32F should be fine.
