You'll have colder beer on the first pour until the chilled beer is out of the line, the opposite of the usual complaint. You also may have a foamy first pour since your CO2 pressure will be higher on the warmer keg. I suggest running the other beer line between the insulation and tower wall, that will help keep it a little warmer than the refrigerated beer.
