I open the tap handle fully and tilt the glass as suggested. I verified the liquid temp again last night by calibraring the thermometer with the ice in glass method. The beer is very cold and holding steady at 35 - 36 F. I have a 90 degree elbow on the tap that I purchased from MicroMatic when I had the Danby unit (no headroom space). Could that have any effect on the system? I also have a MicroMatic german slider tap on the keg. I also noticed on the charts that wheat beer should be carbonized a lot higher than most other beers (2.9 - 3.5). Is 14 PSI enough on this system at these temps?
