Warmer Keg Temperature Into Cooled Tower
Hello, I've read where people have had problems with beer warming as it passes through the tower and foaming. I was wondering if anyone had encountered a problem with warmer beer passing through a cooler tower. I prefer some of my home brew served at cellar temp. (about 55 F) and want to serve it via a cooled ceramic beer tower. Is this a problem? I plan on using separate CO2 bottles for both the refrigerated and cellared kegs. Thank you.
