Well, I cleaned the spout and restrictor plate but it looked clean. Still getting a lot of foam. It's almost like it's running out. I get a slug of beer, then a blast of foam/gas, then beer. Since the Guinness was down at about 34 - 35 deg., could it have become over-carbonated? I have adjusted it up to about 40 deg.
If it's over-carbonated, is there a fix?
