Help me fine tune my kegerator
I'm still getting a fair bit of foam and would like some advice. Here is what I have.
Kegerator door conversion kit from MM. ie no tower to cool, 5 ft lines 3/16 diameter. It is used in a chest freezer and the temperature inside is at 36-37 degrees as per thermometer in water. I am at less than 500 feet above sea level pouring Labatt's Blue
If I set the PSI at 12-13 psi the beer shoots out awfully fast and isabout half foam. I have to back it down to about 9 psi for a nice slow pour, but then the beer slowly goes flat over a week or two. Am I correct in assuming that I need longer hose?
Thx again.
