Default air bubbles

Hi I am new to this forum so sorry if this has already been discussed at length, but I have recently bought a brand new kegerator off ebay. It is a tower set-up and I currently have my first keg inside which is a half barrel of molson golden. I have 6 feet of 3/16 line, have an accurate liquid temperature of 38 degrees inside the kegerator and I have the pressure set at 14 psi. I am also at around 1400 ft of elevation. I am experiencing the following problem: I have air pockets forming at both ends of the beer line a few minutes after a beer is poured. I can sometimes see air bubbles rising from the tap area into the beer line. I have checked all the valves to make sure they are tight and I am not sure what the problem is. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
