i just got a brand new kegerator and im having almost straight foam coming out for the first 3 to 4 seconds of the pour. after that the beer flowes fine with the right amount of head.It is a keg of miller lite and pressure is set at 10 to 12. i have it placed on my patio and the outside temp is around 85 to 95 everyday during the summer. i cant seem to get the inside temp of the fridge to get below 40 . should i move it inside or is that even the problem that causes the foam

please respond with any anwsers or help i can get
