To assure consistent temperature from the keg to the faucet, the best method would to be to build a box around the shanks. Build and insulate as to make it an extension of the cooler. Check out the shadow box for a shell. They are available up to 23" wide and will sleeve up to 12" deep. You may have to double them up.

Next, use a couple of 15 CFM blowers attached to flex tubes to pick up cold air from the cooler and then force this cold air into the box along the back of the shanks. We have commercial wall plate assemblies with drip trays available for securing short shanks and faucets. Call our customer service number @ 866 327-4159 for additional information.
