I just started hearing a grinding/grating noise coming from the small fan on the inside of my Danby kegerator. I am not sure what is causing the problem. I took off the white plastic cover and exposed the small fan on the wall of the unit...any suggestions? Does the fan increase speed at certain times? It seems like once or twice an hour, the noise occurs. Maybe a bearing...wish I knew more about it, or they had a service manual. This is a stock fan that came with it. The kegerator is maybe a year old.

I am one of those not too electronically inclined...where is the thermastat sensor to put into water to get a more accurate temperature?
