Ok, I forgot to mention that I have a standard Danby kegenator with the original equipment. I did do the modifications for cooling the tower and with the generic beers like bud, miller, my settings are at 12PSI and temp is at 37-39 F. I have the standard 5 feet of beer tubing and the system is fairly stable. I used to have the CO2 pressures set at 14PSI, because of my location, but that seemed to over carbonate the beer and it started having a bubbly taste, so I left the pressures at 12PSI. I did hear that the storage temp for blue moon is 35 F. does that sound right? Hope this additional informations helps.
