torpedo check valve may be stuck. Brush clean under warm water.
Anytime air come s in contact with beer, oxidation will occur. You might be able to consume a portion of the keg until the flavor changes. Doubtful though. Depending on how much foam as dispensed and how much air was pumped into the keg.
