I love Newcastle and Widmer Hefeweizen so I'm looking at hitting a two tap system. Anyone run those two? Will I have a problem with the C02 pressure or temp?
and...what is the benifit of adding a 2X4, wood extension between the lid and freezer...if I use a tower or taps off of the extension?
