Hi All,
So the tech from Summit was her this afternoon....long story short...bad T-Stat.
He replaced it and at the normal mid setting the inside is holding at 38dg....AND the unit appears to be running less that it was....
All in all problem solved and I am a happy camper.
Thanks all for your help and thought and special thanks to Scott for 'lighting the fire' under Summit service. I am glad I was withing their close immediate footprint.
