If you really want to enjoy Guinness, get a kegerator. Otherwise, be prepared to have varying temperatures for consumption. Use 25% CO2 / 75% Nitrogen cylinder (10 pound size if you can find it) at between 28 and 35 PSIG. Here are links for equipment -
