It's been stated here before that amount of time that beer will stay fresh, 30-45/60 days for unpasteurized, longer for the cooked stuff
But I was wondering if this figure is for tapped beer or would it be longer if you had an unpasterized keg that was kept untapped and in good condition (temp, etc.)?
