Thanks to you Scott we are getting somewhere...
Alex did call me and a technician is coming out here on Monday...
For what it is worth the temp setting is set at MAX and we are hovering at 39dgF...I still think it is a bad Tstat....
More later and thank you all for your assistance....now when this is fixed...
I can add a tower blower....
