Hi Scott A PLEASURE speaking with you this morning....sorry it was so early your time..
A keg of moretti is now in the fridge..tapped and flowing...temp in there is 42DGF..with the tstat set at 90% of scale...
As stated in an above post you can see what I did...
Will advise if Storch EVER calls back..
