Default Here's another one...

Hey everyone, I'm new at home dispensing so forgive any errors in terminology etc. Here's the deal: I bought a system to put in my fridge without a tower. It just dispenses out of the side. I have a keg of PBR and a 20lb CO2 tank with a regulator with the two gauges. The line from the CO2 tank to the tap is about 3' long and the line running from the tap to the pour spout is about 6' long. I am getting nothing but foam all of the time. It also seems I have my regulator set way too low (it's at about 6 psi) but that seems to be good "pour speed". When I raise it up to the 15-17 psi range (it seems that's where most people have it), a pint glass fills up in about 2 seconds and it's all foam. I think it's the temp of my fridge. I can't tell you the exact temp but it just seems too warm although it's turned up all the way. Could this be the problem? What else could it be? Is there anything I can do without replacing the entire fridge. Thanks for your help and for reading all of this!
