I have a question about when to use a beer pump system. I am designing a co2 long draw glycol system for a friend with a restaurant, who is willing to spend the time and effort to convert to a 10 product glycol cooled system.
His first problem is the cooler floor is 16 feet below the tap heads. Additionally, He has an inefficient air flow system that will not keep the beer cold enough at the tap and he has excessive foaming.
At 60 feet of line run, having to rise 16 feet, should beer pumps be used with foam controllers, or can the beer be pushed with out over carbonization?
