Is your equipment new? Im on my first ekg of Guinness and I noticed mine had a slight metallic taste as well. However, my beer temp was too high, at 47 to 49 degrees. I havent had a chance et to taste is at 40-42 degrees.
I thought I read somewhere on here it was due to new equipment and incorrect temperature.
