You would be amazed at the abuse these kegs take at retail with delivery personnel rolling, bouncing, sliding or tumbling kegs to their destination.
Dust covers go flying at times. It is incredible how these kegs perform after this abuse. Will the beer be bruised slightly? Yes, but remember, the beer leaves the keg from the bottom where the agitation is normally at the top.
Normally the issue is not so much the agitation but the temperature of the beer. Definitely let the keg settle awhile so it can acclimate.
