Default Whats the rule for psi/sealevel?

Looking to find out how much I should compensate the psi for 2200' above sealevel. Is there a chart somewhere? I searched but found nothing.

Guinness is supposed to be served a 40-42 degress, @ 38psi. Is that 38 psi at sealevel? If so, what should I be at?
