14 is the correct pressure for a temperature of 38. You should drop 1 lb for every 2 degree drop in temp. So if your beer is 30, your pressure should be 10. Otherwise the beer towards the end of the keg will be over carbonated.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
