Well, what temp is the beer when you pour? You should invest in a liquid thermometer to place inside the cabinet, or at least a cheap 10 dollar food thermometer that you can buy at any grocery store, wal-mart, or target - so that you can check the temp of the beer when you pour. Beer doesn't freeze until 29 degrees or so. Which resistor did you use? I used a 100K resistor, and when I set my Danby to 36, my beer pours right at 36-37. If you used the 33k resistor, you might just be getting too cold. Either replace 33K resistor with 100K resistor, or check temp and simply turn up a few more degrees so beer doesn't freeze. Water freezes at 32, so if you keep a glass of water in there, and set the temp so it doesn't freeze, then you'd be fine.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
