Default Co2 Regulator Spiked Up

About a month into the first keg on a system I haven't used in a while. Took a few days to get the temp and CO2 right and since then everything has been great until today. Came home today and my beer was all foam. I opened up the door and the Co2 regulator had gone to 13 to at least 20.

Even after I adjusted it, it spiked back up. After a few times back and forth I got it back down consistently to around 13 but it is still all foam after several attempts to draw and the pint in pooring WAY too quick. I'm sure a have less than 1/4 of a keg left, but I can't figure out why it would have spiked up like that regardless. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
