Beersock,

Know that you may have over carbonated your beer, depending on what your CO2 psi is set at. Most beer is usually served at 38 degrees @ 12-14 psig. You should drop the psi 1 pound for every 2 degree drop in temperature.

Nothing you can really do about it now, but if your psi was higher than 8 or 9 when the beer was at 29 degrees, it may be a little over carbonated.
