Can you taste the gas?
I just dropped my beer temp to right around 32 degrees from 38. It tasted funny and I assume it was due to not lowering the pressure. It is a Sam Adams Lager and I love the cold pour and have adjusted the pressure so taht it tastes better, but it is really pouring slowly. It is near 6psi. Does that sound right?
