I did this for a two tap system:

New chest freezer conversion - couple of issues to work out

I bought everything individually, since I wasn't sure exactly what hose length or diameter I needed, wasn't sure how long my CO2 hose would be, and bought the 4 1/8" shank for my box. Maybe they would have worked out a package deal, but I didn't think to try that...

Edit: Seconding Cubby_swans' comments about the lines. Just do a collar, you'll be happy you did when your freezer still works. Getting 1/2 barrels (if you ever want to do this) in is a pain, too - I did not reattach the lid so that I could get it completely out of the way, but I have limited space as you can see in my pictures. You may have plenty of space.
