Welcome to the forum.

The first thing you need to do is figure out your liquid temp. Put a glass of water in the kegerator overnight and measure your temp in the kegerator as well as the first beer you pour.

Chances are, your first beer poured will be warmer than the glass in the kegerator, because your tower is not cooled. Search this forum for info on installing a fan to cool the tower.
