The folks at AB tell me that "thier beers have a CO2 volume of 2.5 to 2.75". I asked if they could be more specific about Amber Bock and they said no. So I based my calculations on 2.6 for safety and with my 35 degree temp, I figured 10 PSI. However, I am brand new to this and would hate for my beer to go flat. What presure would you recomend? Thanks for the help!
