Loose Shank
I bought my system from you back in September and have run through several
kegs since then. I am having a problem with the tower. The connection of the
tower to the spout has become very loose. The piece that screws the spout
onto the tower is tight but the piece that has the screw/coupling on it, is
very loose up against the tower. Is there a way to take apart the tower and
tighten this up? Right now it is all floppy and the tap handle hangs over to
the side rather than straight up.
