What is the liquid temp. of beer, brand and elevation. I love bartenders since they contribute to job security! Beer has gas. It is a flavor charateristic of the product. This must be protected. Gas expands when heated and contracts when chilled. If you are using 100% CO2, the temperature must be determined for correct applied pressure setting. Otherwise, if the pressure is incorrect, you will not gain equilibrium in the keg between the gas in the beer and the applied pressure. Thus, you will not preserve the integrity of this flavor charateristic of beer. Use the length of 3'16" for flow rate control and be certain the temperature is constant 24/7/365 from the keg to the faucet.[8D]
