My setting for the dIF is 5 (that is the what Johnson Controls sets it at). That means if you set your temperature at 38 degrees, submerge the probe in a glass of water the thermostat will take the liquid temperature down to 33 degrees. Should I change this? It seems like a big fluctuation. My beer could be 33 degrees or 38 degrees at any given time.

The only negitive I can see by reducing it down to 2 or 3 is that my freezer would cycle more often.
