We have an account that has a similar tower. We didn't install it, but i have checked it out. It seems straight forward, just make sure that you find a place for the tower deck that has a good deal of ventilation; where the staff won't put beer cases, menus, bags, boxes,... on top of it or they'll choke it.
Coors Light (or any light beer i guess) has a tenancy to freeze occasionally in the faucet. The ice melts when you clean the lines too.
All in all, the ice towers look great. I swear it sells more pints.
