Can you, sure. Will it be as good as from the pub, nope. The normal Guinness set up in the pub features a special faucet with a flow restrictor, this small disc with precisely drilled holes along with the specially mixed gas (75/25 N2/CO2) causes the unique bubbling phenomena so associated with dry Irish stout as well as the creamy mouthfeel. Looking back through the micromatic catalog they have a picnic pump for the U type (Guinness) coupler, so you could hook it up but it just wouldn't achieve exactly the effect most be would be expecting if they're true afficinados.
That said I've run a keg of Guinness off a regular party pump and it's still tasty just not as creamy.
FWIW Beamish is an even better dry Irish stout, but that's a whole 'nother story.
I'm sure Mike-cromatic (ha!) will have some hints for you.
